Course objectives
The aim of the course is to continue the course Civil Law I and to elarge the konwledge of theorical and practical consequences of institute of civil law.The accent is given to the mastering of the comparative methode, especially from the point of view of EU law.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able, after completing of the course: - to work in the both theory and practice with the institute of civil law relations;
- to describe the theoretical concept of juridical solutions based on the use of institute of civil law relation;
- to identify the internal strukture of civil law relation and to use it for the solutions of practical cases of civil law;
- to identify and to work with the different types of persons in the juridical sense;
- to identify and to work with the notion of subject of juridical/legal relations.

  • 1. The persons in the juridical sense. 2. Human being as the person in the juridical sense. Physical persons. 3. Legal persons (entities). 4. Thing in the legal sense.
