Learning outcomes
This course is unique as it is one of the outcomes from close cooperation between several universities within the EDUC programme. The course consists of two parts. In the first part, there will be lectures on particular topics (see below) presented by professors from four universities (Nanterre, Masaryk, Potsdam and Cagliari). In these lectures, an emphasis will be given on the comparison method. The following second part will be in the form of a workshop where the students will have practical exercises on several research methods. The goal is to develop the students’ skills to carry out a proper comparison analysis.
