- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic principles of obligation (contract and tort) law, their importance for labor law, as well as with the substantive and procedural aspects of damages disputes.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of the course students should be able to explain the basic principles of obligation law; their importance for private law in general and for labor law; substantive and procedural aspects of damages disputes.
