- The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the so-called empirical legal science.
- Learning outcomes
- After the course student will be able to: - identify the basic features of empirical legal science; - distinguish between empirical and theoretical legal science; - discuss empirical part of legal science; - apply an empirical instrumentation to her dissertation.
