- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- Purpose of the course is understanding the secondary law above the level acquired in law studies. It shall address not only the instruments, but also their relations, interconnections and tensions with national laws of the member states.
- Learning outcomes
- Graduate shall understand features of the particular instruments of the EU secondary law and its relations with national laws and shall be capable to analyse particular legal framework.
- Syllabus
- (1) features of regulations, directives and decisions,
- (2) legislative procedure and legislative technique,
- (3) transposition and accompanying with national law, consideration with interpretation of national law,
- (4) tendencies in the EU law-making,
- (5) comparison with national laws and laws of international organisations,
- (6) possible reforms, terminology included.
