- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is to learn the basics of the specific method of teaching of law students. Moot courts represent the unique opportunity for students how to get practical skills necessary for the leagl practice. This experience is however not possible without proper coaching. The course will be realised within the context of Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
- Learning outcomes
- At the end of this course students should be able:
to coach the team of law students in moot court competition; to discuss with the students legal arguments; to help the students with the preparation for oral presentations; to give students feedback to their oral performance. - Syllabus
