- Course objectives
- The main objective of the course is to explain the formal requirements and methodology of thesis preparation in order to start the preparation of the thesis in accordance with the objectives of the thesis and according to the schedule set for the preparation of the thesis.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to: understand the basic rules of writing a professional text; compose independently a professional text according to a consulted outline and in accordance with the objectives of the qualification work; search and analyse sources of law, professional literature and other sources

- 1. General information about the formal requirements of the thesis 2. Methodology of thesis preparation 3. Work with literature and other sources 4. Consultation of the thesis outline and sources for the thesis.

- Teaching methods
- Theoretical preparation. Individual consultations on formal requirements of the thesis, on the methodology of thesis preparation, on working with specialized literature and other sources. During the consultations, the outline of the thesis and sources for the thesis are specified.
- Assessment methods
- The course is completed by credit, which is awarded by the supervisor of the thesis on the basis of consultations according to the schedule, and for the submission of a specific outline of the thesis and a detailed list of sources.
