Course objectives
At the end of the course the student will be able to coordinate knowledge from the field of business company, rights to designations and rights against unfair competition in the topic of their dissertation. The aim of the course is to deepen the student's critical thinking, refinement of legal argumentation, analysis of assigned or independently sought-after court decisions.
Learning outcomes
Searches, discussions, power-point presentations - according to the current assignment of the teacher.
