Completion of both methodological courses is required (the basic methodological course and Comparative Legal Methodology for CCL)

Course objectives
The aim fo this course is to let the students engage with the current works in progress by top academics in the field. Students and supervisors will discuss a recent papers submitted by invited scholars who will present their work in progress. The discussions held with the invited scholars will also help to improve the quality of the students' papers.
Learning outcomes
After the completion of this course, the student will:
- have an enhanced understanding of the process of drafting an academic paper
- be acquainted with the current trends in legal research
Syllabus
  • The course will consist of several workshops where the invited scholars will present their papers. Students will prepare questions and comments of the paper and wil engage in a discussion with the scholar.
