Course objectives
The purpose of the subject Civil Procedure Law II. is to deepen the knowledge of theory and practical interpretative impacts of the basic institutes of civil law of procedural-procedural entities and of procedural relationship.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain theoretical and practical questions concerning a fundamental institutes of a civil procedure - a procedural entities and procedural relationship.
