Course objectives
The programme builds on the Anti-Discrimination Law Clinic I course and offers expanded information on the topic of equal treatment and anti-discrimination law. It is implemented in cooperation with the Office of the Ombudsman, where individual seminars are led by its employees. Independent work will also be part of the training. In the first semester we focused on victim assistance, in the follow-up semester homework will focus on the Ombudsman's other powers.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion, the student will be able to prepare a document implementing one of the Ombudsman's powers.

Teaching methods
Interactive teaching methods with using of principles of team work and analytic techniques. Training of acquired knowledge by presenting of solutions of model situations and practical examples.
Assessment methods
Active work in the seminar, completion of intermediate tasks, final colloquium - defence of a written assignment.
