- Course objectives (in Czech)
- Cílem předmětu je porozumění povahy úpravy dopravy a přepravy s porozuměním společných problémů a zvláštností jednotlivých druhů dopravy - silniční, železniční, říční, námořní, letecká. Kurs je koncipován jako průřezový, probírají se typové problémy společné všem druhům dopravy. Minimální rozsah kursu neumožňuje probírat podrobnosti jednotlivých druhů dopravy.
- Learning outcomes
- The graduate will be capable to find particular legal provisions concerning transport and delivery law for the solution of specified problem. This competence requires understanding national, global, pan-European and EU level of law, consider terms of providers and measures.

- /3/ road, movements, crew, drivers, vehicle-vessel-aircraft
- /4/ transportation as contract
- /5/ delays, failures, accidents, liability and insurance,
- /6/ maintenance, transportation business, state aid, taxation, environmental issues.
