Course objectives
Provide to students information about current problems of the EU concerning finance, unique currency and budget discipline. Show to them very specific method of their solution in EU law.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to understand very specific legal tools used by EU institutions and member states to resolve serious problems in those fields.
Syllabus
  • 1. Problems of the unique currency EURO. Eurozone and its administration.
  • 2. Banking union.
  • 3. Budgeary discipline of member states. Fiscal Compact.
