Course objectives
The purpose of the course Insolvency Law II is to deepen the basic knowledge of the various methods of bankruptcy resolution and their connections with other branches of law at a level corresponding to the doctoral programme. The course also aims to familiarise students with the comparative context of bankruptcy resolution in selected European countries.
Learning outcomes
On completion of the course, students should be able to explain the operation of insolvency procedures at a national level and in a comparative context. They should also be able to explain the links with other areas of law.
