Course objectives
The purpose of this course is to gain knowledge about the issue of European Administrative Law in all its` possible semantic context. After successful completion of the course the student will acquire knowledge about the Europeanization of domestic Administrative Law. Student will be also well educated in the field of Administrative Law of the European Union. Students will gain a comparative overview of the Administrative Law in neighbouring countries. Students will have knowledge regarding the administrative organization of the European Union; there will acquire knowledge of the agencies, and common European networks. Overall student receives adequate orientation in the European requirements on domestic Administrative Law and Administrative Law of the European Union itself. After successful completion of this course the student will extend their existing knowledge of Administrative Law and European Union Law. The course is designed both for those who would like to pay in future implementation of European law into the (administrative) Czech law, but also for those who want to deepen the already acquired knowledge and skills.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course student:
- gain knowledge about the so-called European Law of Local Administrative Law
- will be oriented in the area of so-called European Union administrative law;
- obtain a comparative overview of administrative law in the surrounding European countries;
- have knowledge of the European Union's administrative organization;
- to describe and describe the issues of the European Union agencies, the European Union's administrative networks.

  • 3) principle of good governance; european ombudsman
  • 4) European Union Law, Administrative Law of the European Union,
  • 5) The administrative competence of the EU , bodies and agencies, EU Administraive Procedure Law
  • 6) The administrative competence of the EU, networks, judicial protection, european administrative justice
