- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to:
increase knowledge of Czech and Czechoslovak Legal History;
review legal and artistic vision of history;
understand a distinction between medieval and contemporary concept of law
illustrate manipulating people in totalitarian societies;
compare a period manipulation with historical experience - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to: - to realize the impact of legal regulations, their application and the overall political situation in various stages of historical development on the life of an individual in a specific situation and in the context of development in the territory of the Czech Republic and the former Czechoslovakia, - thanks to the knowledge of legal history, to understand some of the processes that took place in law and state development recently, or are currently underway.
