- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to supplement students' knowledge in the field of individual labour law. Above all, it will deepen their knowledge in a place that has been neglected by legal theory, located outside the basic defined area of research of labour law and family law. In addition to the labour law issues concerning the performance of dependent work by minors over 15 years of age, students will expand their knowledge of the legal aspects of so-called child labour and its limits. Due to the interdisciplinary nature of the subject matter, there will also be interconnections with related knowledge from other branches of law.
- Learning outcomes
- The student will be able to argue and defend his/her legal positions within the framework of the material covered. The student will be able to find support for his/her arguments in relevant legal sources. The student will be able to understand the nature of the key issues and challenges of future legal regulation. The student will be able to apply legal norms to specific situations, and analyse and evaluate the problem. The student will also be able to propose a solution to a problem.
