Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide information for the preparation of the bachelor's thesis: - The student will be introduced to the appropriate research tools for the preparation of a research project - The student will be introduced to the ethical aspects in the implementation of a research project - The student will be introduced to the possibilities of how to interpret the data obtained - The student will be introduced to how to prepare a discussion, conclusion and recommendations for practice.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to interpret the obtained data in relation to the chosen research tool. The student will be able to compare the obtained data with the literature sources. The student will be able to develop a discussion and conclusion. The student will be able to define recommendations for practice.
Syllabus
  • - Ethical and legal aspects, citation style - Interpretation of obtained data - according to the chosen research tool - Discussion, conclusion, recommendations for practice - according to the chosen research tool - Formal and content processing - proofreading of the text - Minimization of the most common errors in the processing of the bachelor thesis.

- interactive lecture with the provision of methodological materials - discussion of specific steps in the preparation of the bachelor thesis - home study
Assessment methods
The student will submit the theoretical part by the end of December, including the incorporation of citations into the bachelor thesis template. By 31 January, the thesis topic is finalised in the MUNI IS in AJ. Credit is awarded by the supervisor/teacher/advisor of the thesis.
