  • Sylabus predmetu Marketing pro bakalarske studium Vyziva cloveka
  • Cilem predmetu je rozvinout znalosti studentu v oblasti marketingu s hlavnim durazem na marketing uplatnovany v potravinarstvi a v zemich Evropske unie. Absolvovanim predmetu student ziska znalosti o aplikaci marketingovych metod v potravinarstvi a osvoji si prakticke postupy pro reseni konkretnich problemu.
  • Obsah predmetu:
  • Zakladni marketingove pojmy, definice marketingu, definice trhu, smena, hlavni cile mark. cinnosti.
  • Vyvojova stadia markeningu, marketingove koncepce.
  • Strategicke planovani, podnikatelsky zamer, poslani podniku, metodicke aspekty tvorby planu.
  • Marketingove prostredi podniku.
  • Nabidka a poptavka.
  • Marketingovy mix: - vyrobek, - cena, -distribuce vyrobku.
  • Komunikacni mix: - reklama, - publicita, - prodej.
  • Marketingovy vyzkum. Analyza konkurence, konkurencni strategie.
  • Chovani zakazniku. Marketing sluzeb. Mezinarodni marketing.
