- Teaching methods
- In practicals students are provided with a pharmacology teacher presentation with presentations of video-programmes related to the topic stated in curriculum followed by discussion, including specific reports prepared as homework and presented by students. There are also presented video-programmes to demonstrate manufacturing of drug dosage forms, some of them will be manually prepared by students.
- Assessment methods
- The students have to prove the active knowledge of pharmacology. The students have to pass the final multiple-choice written revision test to get creditd. The students have to pass the final written multiple-choice test, in which students are asked to answer to multiple-choice questions (only 1 correct answer is possible to each question). The test contains 20 questions generated randomly for each single student. One point is granted for each correctly answered question. 0.5 point will be distracted for an incorrect answer to the multiple-choice question. The summary score obtained is evaluated. A criterion for receiving credits is the summary score higher or equal to the 50% points of the maximum score obtained.
