Course objectives
At the end of this course, students should be able to: understand and be able to explain all aspects palliative care.
Syllabus
  • 1.Basic knowledge in supportive and palliative care.
  • 2.Advanced, progressive dissease.
  • 3.Symptoms of advanced, progressive disiese.
  • 4. Nursing in pallative care. Ethics, meaning and dignity in pallative care.
  • 5.Communication skills for professional practice.
  • 6.Interdisciplinatry team. Pallative care in diferent settings (hospitals,elderly homes,nursing homes, home care).
