- Course objectives
- The course provides an overview of the modern methods used in molecular and cell biology. Learning of these methods is important to understand the research potential of modern medical biology and to applications of these methods. In addition to basic methods used in molecular and cell biology, genetic and genomic methods, methods of gene and protein engineering, modern imaging and analytical methods are presented. The subject matter presented in this course will be helpful in understanding of other subjects including physiology, pathology and human and clinical genetics.
