Course objectives
The course covers an overview of new and modern methods involved in molecular and cell biology research. It covers mainly imaging of biomolecules in the cells and in tissue, new methods in electron microscopy, modern flow-cytometry methods and applications and new techniques of whole genome sequencing and analysis. Students become familiar with the current knowledge of modern methods of molecular and cell biology. This information will help to better understand to modern scientific research in biology.
