Course objectives
At the end of these lectures collection a student will be able to use ergonomic information, information from branch, which dealing with relation of human and work and information about living environment. The student will be able to judge and to evaluate grounds of possible difficulties and damages, to ease adaptation to changing conditions and to create optimal working and living conditions.
Syllabus
  • Definition of ergonomics and its history
  • Traumatology-injuries of the eye by chemicals agents, electric curent, UV radiation
  • Traumatology-blunt and perforation injury -toxicology- the eye symptoms caused by entire poisoning and by applying medicaments
  • work on screen
  • light and artificial lighting
  • problems of eyesight in the proximity
  • presbyopia and working distance
  • social ophtalmology
  • demands of single jobs on the quality od the eyesight
  • the function of colorvision and visual pungency including visual angel in traffic regulations
