- Course objectives
- The subject is acquainted with the knowledge of care for a woman and a child during complicated and pathological course of pregnancy, childbirth (including operative) and puerperium. It presents issues of coping with labor and postoperative pain by various methods and issues of care for a mother with a risky or pathological newborn.
- Learning outcomes
- Students will be able to derive the necessary connections based on acquired knowledge and effectively care for: - a woman with complicated pregnancy - a woman with complicated birth, - a woman with a complicated puerperium
