- Course objectives
- The goal of this subject is to introduce students to the health care services from an managerial and economical point of view.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course students will be able to:
focus on public health and health policy development;
describe the Czech health care system and compare it with surrounding countries;
understand the principle of financing the health service; to use information from health statistics
to express themselves on the issues of personnel management and quality of care
orientation in basic legislation in the field;
knowledge of professional organizations;
able to interpret the principles of healthcare reform and management of crisis management. - Syllabus
