Course objectives
The aim is to familiarize the student with the basic aspects of working in an embryology laboratory.
Learning outcomes
Upon completing the course, the student will: - have basic knowledge of the operation of an embryology laboratory and understand the logistics of IVF procedures, - know the methods of recording activities, - be familiar with quality maintenance principles, - recognize all equipment in the embryology laboratory and be able to handle it, - understand the basic principles of patient interaction.

Teaching methods
Excursions to relevant laboratories in the fields of assisted reproduction, genetic diagnostics, immunology, veterinary embryology, and others. Attendance during laboratory activities. Keeping notes on the tasks performed (in a Logbook).
