Course objectives
The aim of the course is the use of knowledge and their application in practical skills in special techniques (soft and mobilization techniques, Kabat's technique, elements of Mrs. Mojžíšová's technique, sensorimotor, exercises with balls and elastic strokes, etc.). They are led by professional physiotherapists and doctors, who oversee the expertise of practical exercises as well as compliance with hygiene and safety.
Learning outcomes
The student is able to use special kinesiotherapeutic procedures and methods of the most common acutely treated diagnoses (including the application of myoskelatal medicine techniques) performed in outpatients.
Syllabus
  • Pathologic body posture, therapeutic exercise for posture, group therapy, special technique of spine back exercises
  • Vertebrogenic syndrome in cervico-cranial area, therapeutic exercise
  • Vertebrogenic syndrome in cervico-brachial area, therapeutic exercise
  • Vertebrogenic syndrome in thoracal area , therapeutic exercise
  • Vertebrogenic syndrome in lumbal area, therapeutic exercise
  • Entesopathies in the upper arm, therapeutic exercise
  • Entesopathies lower extremity, therapeutic exercise
  • Therapeutic exercise of painful end of spine - coccyx
  • Root syndromes with the propagation into the arm, program of physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise
  • Root syndromes with the propagation into the lower limb, program of physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise
  • Pain in the area of sacral bone, program of physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise
  • Blockade of os hyoideum, therapeutic exercise
  • Temporo-mandibular joint, therapeutic exercise
