- Course objectives
- To provide an overview of radiological interventional methods including our own experience. At the end of this course the student will be able to: understand the possibilities offered by radiology and interventional radiology, an overview of the indications of intervention methods, have their first experience with the implementation of selected methods on the phantom (ultrasound, vascular intervention), to be able to collaborate on research projects in interventional radiology.
- Learning outcomes
- The output will be practical experience of students with miniinvasive methods performed in the field of interventional radiology.

- Introduction, history, the potential of interventional radiology, the future of IR Image reconstructions Biopsy under ultrasound, 3D navigation Interventions under CT, C-arm Biliary intervention - an overview of tool box, options Biliary intervention RFA, choledochoscopy Percutaneous ablation methods. Alcoholization, RF, MW ablation, irreversible electroporation Vascular Intervention - Introduction, overview of tool box Vascular Intervention - training on the phantom Musculosceletal Interventions
