Sylabus predmetu Marketing pro bakalarske studium Vyziva cloveka
Cilem predmetu je rozvinout znalosti studentu v oblasti marketingu s hlavnim durazem na marketing uplatnovany v potravinarstvi a v zemich Evropske unie. Absolvovanim predmetu student ziska znalosti o aplikaci marketingovych metod v potravinarstvi a osvoji si prakticke postupy pro reseni konkretnich problemu.
Obsah predmetu:
Zakladni marketingove pojmy, definice marketingu, definice trhu, smena, hlavni cile mark. cinnosti.
Vyvojova stadia markeningu, marketingove koncepce.
Strategicke planovani, podnikatelsky zamer, poslani podniku, metodicke aspekty tvorby planu.
Marketingove prostredi podniku.
Nabidka a poptavka.
Marketingovy mix: - vyrobek, - cena, -distribuce vyrobku.
Komunikacni mix: - reklama, - publicita, - prodej.
Marketingovy vyzkum. Analyza konkurence, konkurencni strategie.
Chovani zakazniku. Marketing sluzeb. Mezinarodni marketing.
