- 1. Intruduction, ethics, medical ethics, bioethics. 2.The Hippocratic Oath and Hippocratic tradition 3. The Judeo/Christian tradition, islam, budhism. 4. The moden secular west. 5.Basic ethical theories. 6. Good and evil, right and wrong. 7. The problems of moral norms. 8. Conflict values in theory and practice. 9. Conscience. 10. Value of life and qualitz of life. 11.Pain and suffering. 12. Death and dying. 13. Physician - patient relationship. 14. Human rights and rights of patients. 15. Bioethics convention /Council of Europe/.
