Course objectives
This course is designed to provide students with the basic knowledge of social psychology, problems connected with service in Health Care and psychology of shopping. These problems are dealt with the aim to show students their practical usefullness during a practice. This course informs students about various problems which they could meet during their professional life. There are familiar problems , problem with adjustment and neglect in fa,milieu and society, nutrition disturbances, toxicomany, physic, health, sense and speech disturbances, mental retardation. Explicite verbs as frustration, conflict, trauma, stress.

Personality as an object of social psychology. Social groups and group atmosphere. Asertivity. Part II: Services in Health Care . Personality of patiens and health service officer. Psychological approach to patients. Sanitary environment. Let patients and their families know the formidable news in various parts of health service. Let patients and their families know the extreme formidable news. Various types of patients in health service. Part III. Psychology of services and marketing. Psychology of marketing . Market and consumption behaviour. Types of consumers. Homo coemens. Personality of merchants and counsellors. Psychology of advertisement. Psychology of goods and fashion. Family in society. Faculty, its development and special familiar constellations. Family in difficult situation. Problems of death an dying. Problems with adjustment and neglection in family and society.
