Course objectives
The aim of the course is to apply the theoretical knowledge in the specific context of nursing practice in the workplace home care
Syllabus
  • Students provide nursing care, the sister of the home care agency. Provide medical and nursing care for clients in their social environment, according to clinic treating physician and based on their current needs. Students keep nursing documentation of clients and transmit information with the agency home nursing care. Students enrolled in the plan according to individual clients in their home environment, together with the sister of the home care agency Faculty Hospital in Brno - and Bohunice Teaching Hospital in St. Ann. In the context of the course is organized excursions in the Hospice in Rajhradu.
