Course objectives
The goal is to give students a comprehensive summary of all defects and pathological processes occurring in eye diseases.
Syllabus
  • 4th semester: - disease lenses, position and shape changes, cataracts, congenital, senile, complicated cataract surgery, complications, correction of refractive error after surgery - glaucoma, diagnosis, glaucoma: primary open angle-closure glaucoma - a special form of glaucoma open-angle glaucoma, secondary glaucoma, congenital glaucoma treatment - refractive error, myopia, hyperopia - II of refractive errors: astigmatism, presbyopia, accommodation, convergence, and treatment of disorders - Neurooftalmologie: visual pathway disease, subjective and objective symptoms, neuritis, congestive papilla - chiasmatický syndrome, disorders of the visual pathway retrochiasmatické - pupil disorders, nystagmus - strabismus, etiology, clinical manifestations, manifest and latent strabismus - physiology and pathology of binocular vision, paralytic strabismus - orbital diseases, inflammation, endocrine orbitopathy - orbital tumors and injuries - accident in ophthalmology, foreign body on the cornea and conjunctiva, perforating eye injury, contusion of the eye and surrounding structures - burns and burns of the eye and adnexa, first aid, treatment, complications - 5th credits and 6 semester - eyelid diseases, changes in shape, position, borders eylids inflammation, and inflammation Meibomských Zeissových glands, tumors -lacrimal gland disorders - disorders of conjunctiva, degeneration, acute and chronic inflammation, breakdown by etiology - bacterial, viral, chlamydial, fungal and allergic conjunctivitis - corneal disease: developmental anomalies, degenerative diseases, inflammation, corneal surgery - scleral and vitreous diseases - diseases uveae, congenital defects, inflammation: anterior, intermediate, rear, acute chronic - etiology and inflammation uveae treatment - eye cancer - a disease of the retina, investigative methods, vascular involvement, retinal degeneration - angiosclelerotic retinopathy, diabetic retinopathy - Vitreoretinal Surgery - Repeat.
