Course objectives
Course prepare students for better understanding contemporary culture in broad sense, including eating habits in the context of differnt ways of life styles, racial and ethnical singularities. Students are preparing for to understand fundamental changes in cultural development of society in the perspective of nutritional and boarding habits in the course of history from traditional, via moder to contemporary post modern society indulging in new experiences.
