Course objectives
The course builds on the Management I lectures and seminars. Students will acquire knowledge of management and will be able to understand the issues and apply the knowledge in practice.
Syllabus
  • Communication skills of managers, assumptions and constraints. Managing structural change in organizations, the most common mistakes managers and how to avoid them. Management quality improvement programs in healthcare institutions as a management process. Implementation of the management of continuous improvement in health care quality. Culture of safety. Prevention of misconduct, types of misconduct. Leading a team to achieve the best results, organizational culture, creation and implementation of the strategic management of the organization. The role of control in the management process.
