- At the end of this course the student will be able to advisory work for individuals in sport for recreation or top level.
- Syllabus
- The importance of nutrition in sports and basic concepts in sports nutrition Energy balance of essential nutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats), micronutrients in relation to sport Water, water balance and fluid intake. A special section focuses in more detail on nutritional supplements in sports nutrition before, during and after training / competition. Nutrition in Sport at specific groups of athletes (children and dolescenti, sporting seniors, etc.) Physical activity in the prevention of obesity Solving case studies, practical advice
