- Student:
has an overview of the history and development of the emergency medical services field Emergency and Disaster Medicine in our country and the world;
knows the position and role of emergency medical services in emergency system;
can describe the organization of the provision of prehospital emergency care the exit groups using ground and air vehicles;
describes the development of early hospital emergency care, urgent role of tax in the Czech Republic;
organizational charts comparing different systems to ensure pre-hospital emergency care in our country and the world. - Syllabus
- The history and development of the emergency medical services field and Emergency and Disaster Medicine in our country and the world;
- status and tasks of emergency medical services in emergency system;
- organization of the provision of pre-hospital emergency care the exit groups with ground and air resources;
- development of early prehospital phase, the role of emergency income;
- comparison of different organizational schemes of pre-hospital care in the Czech Republic and the world;
- first contact with the patient;
- basic and advanced ways to ensure basic vital functions;
differential diagnosis balance sheet on the basis of primary and secondary screening;
- ensure patient and dedicated transport by the working diagnosis.
