Course objectives
The course is divided into three areas : Public health, Community care, Home and palliative care • Understand and define the definition of health • The concept of the emergence of diseases and its statistical indicators • Evaluation of health • Documents of the health policy of the state and the EU • WHO strategy in health promotion • Understand the components of health and its model • Be able to apply in practice the principles of long-term programme to improve the health status of the population • The Role of nonmedical health professionals in the education to health in primary community care • Marketing as an effective method, the influence of the action of the mass media • Apply in practice the principles of health education individual age groups of the population • Become familiar with the methodology of consultancy support to health in the area of primary and community care. To understand the concept of community and its main functions • Understand the importance of healthy social and natural environment for the health of the person • Become familiar with the development of health and social services under the community care about the health of individuals and of the various population groups • Adopt the philosophy of home care • Familiar with the basic organizational structure of the in-home care • Become familiar with the interdisciplinary approach in home care • Realize the differences of providing care in the domestic environment

  • The definition of health and multifaktorová the concept of the emergence of the disease, assessment of health, basic political documents of the health in the world and in the of the CZECH republic, the law on the protection of public health, questions the long-term programme for improvement of the health status of the population and its content, priorities, components of health promotion, the role of health professionals in education for health primary care, in schools, in the community care, social marketing, as an effective method of activities in the care health including influence of the mass media, advice and consultancy health promotion and disease prevention, health promotion in of the CZECH republic, the key strategy of the WHO in the promotion of health, goals. Types and forms of health services and conditions in the construction site of their provision in health facilities, the international classification and statistical ukazazele. The way out of the study course: examination Written test from each of three areas - the condition of a 75 % success rate. 85 % of active participation in the various parts of the course. The award classification will be the average of the formal hlasifikace written tests of Public health, Community care, Home and palliative care. At combined forms: the classification awarded according to the results of the complete of the written test of the Public health, Community care, Home and palliative care.
