Course objectives
The goal is to link theoretical knowledge of surgery with nutritional therapy to the student was able to use in practice.
Syllabus
  • 1. General principles of perioperative nutrition. 2. Nutrition in patients after surgery on the digestive tract. 3. Accelerated postoperative rehabilitation (Fast Track). 4. Special nutrition for patients in the perioperative period after exercising in the head and neck. 5. Perioperative nutrition in trauma. 6. Perioperative nutrition in surgical procedures outside the GIT. 7. Baryatrie 8. Emergency First Aid - CPR (practical training)
