- Course objectives
- The subject provides basic information needed for the compilation of a Bachelor’s thesis. The student will be able to individually work with information sources, formulate a hypothesis, perform an experiment, evaluate the results and determinate a conclusion.; A student will be able to do the following upon completing the course: Analyze an assigned problem; Have an overview of recent literature; Interpret acquired data; Design viable practical solutions; Objectively and critically evaluate knowledge gained from literature and their own experiments and observations;

- Syllabus
- The structure of the Bachelor’s thesis, the subject, title, goal, hypothesis, writing procedures of the Bachelor’s thesis. Basic research methods and their use. Formal thesis compilation, compilation of the graduate thesis on a PC, research processing. An excursion in the Medical Information Center of the Institute for further Education of health care workers, Vinařská 9, Brno – information about services, handling of professional literature. The use of the Internet during the compilation of the Bachelor’s thesis.
