- Course objectives
- Students will gain knowledge about specific nursing care for clients with neurological disease in intensive care and is able to apply in practice
- Learning outcomes
- Student will: - Apply ethical aspects of intensive care apply the hygiene - epidemiological regime - use the possibilities of diagnostics and monitoring of the neurological system in intensive medicine - Apply the concept of stimulating perception in procedures - to be oriented in rehabilitation nursing in intensive care - to highlight the principles and perform highly specialized nursing care for patients with severe neurological health impairment - Perform comprehensive highly specialized nursing care for a patient with a disorder of consciousness - monitor the functionality of special instrumentation - to use the basic complementary used in intensive medicine and to assess them - Perform basic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in intensive care medicine
