Course objectives
The main aims are:
- to describe kardivascular system, organs of senses and organs of peripheral and central nervous systems
- definition of the topographic regions of the head, neck, trunk and limbs on cadavers, including the structures located in this regions
Learning outcomes
Student will be able to:
- identify and describe the structures of the kardiovascular and nerve system and organs of senses on the diagrams, models and cadavers
- identify the regions of the head, neck,thorax, abdomen and pelvis and describe the anatomical structures in them on the human cadavers
- characterize the topographic relationships between the organs of the thoracic, abdominal and pelvic cavities

  • Heart, aorta, aortic arch Overview of the arteries Overview of the veins, lymphatic system Introduction to the nervous system Spinal cord – gross anatomy and structure, spinal nerve Cervical, brachial, lumbar and sacral plexuses Gross anatomy and structure of the brainstem Gross anatomy and structure of the cerebellum and diencephalon Gross anatomy and structure of the telencephalon, ventricles, meninges and blood supply of the CNS Cranial nerves (trigeminal nerve – V) Cranial nerves (VII., IX., X., XI., XII.) Teacher's information
Students will wear respirator, lab coats and plastic shoe covers. Students will bring a wire pointer for study of the skeleton, and protective gloves and anatomical tweezer for study of cadaverous material. Previous to each seminar student has to fill the respecteve ROPOT, it is need to get 5 correct out of 5, revision is possible.
