- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to play piano accompaniments of songs;
to stylize the playing of the accompanying voices with the prelude, interlude, postlude in songs;
to use transpositions to the other keys;
to play of compositions for children and national anthem. - Learning outcomes
- Student:
has adopted procedures for stylization of piano accompaniment;
is capable of transposing songs into a key corresponding to the children's voice range;
interprets a short piano piece - orients himself in its form;
is equipped with basic skills for playing children's songs. - Syllabus
- Playing instrument – the piano: - accompaniments to 30 songs (from 3rd-5th grade of primary school): A/ mixed and the general harmony;
- B/ creating the prelude, interlude, postlude in songs, modulations, transpositions to the other keys;
- C/ stylized accompaniment (waltz, syncopated etc.);
- - playing of 1 composition for children - playing the Czech national anthem.
