Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to understand the current goals of art education and to competently project, implement and reflect on an art education lesson within the framework of micro performances and pedagogical practice.
Learning outcomes
The student will be able to: - understand the goals of contemporary art education; perceive the student as a unique personality with an authentic artistic expression; - competently project, implement and reflect on an art education lesson.
Syllabus
  • Education through art. Educational area Art and culture and student competence. School educational programs. Teaching planning, lesson structure (goal, subject, motivation, creative problem, task, creative means) - in continuation and Continuous pedagogical practice. Sources of inspiration for VV lessons (current exhibitions, gallery pedagogy, ZUŠ... etc.) Personal development of the student through creative activities.

Teaching methods
Theoretical preparation, art education lesson projects; presentation and reflection of students' artistic activities.
Assessment methods
Active participation in seminars (minimum 80 % attendance); written preparation of art lesson; description and documentation of the lesson's course, reflection.
