- Course objectives
- A number of literary texts dealing with selected topics will be presented at the individual seminars. Learners will be able to take a deeper look at the cultural and social context described in a particular literary work.
- Learning outcomes
- Students will acquire the ability to understand the creation and reception of a literary work in a broad social, cultural and political context.

- Náhradní absolvování
- Students on a stay abroad will have their ISP (Individual Study Plan) recognized and will be able to fulfill the requirements (by agreement with the lecturers at the beginning of the respective semester) in distance form. Possible recognition of the course (for a course at the host university) should be discussed with the lecturer before the start of the semester.
