Course objectives
Students will be introduced to the educational field, to run of assessment, intreview and intervention under the supervison.
Learning outcomes
Deepening of knowledge in the work methods with clients, introduction to the documentation of pupil/client.
Syllabus
  • Teaching continuous practice is aiming on assistant work in given workplace under the supervision of chosen assistant. Student's activities on practice: • supervision by educator (special-needs teacher); • independent special pedagogical activities under the guidance of a suprevizor - leisure activities, teaching, educational groups, individual work with a child; • study personal documentation, class documentation, group documentation; • educational/intervention work with an educational group; participation in a case conference; • individual educational/intervention work; • assessment of the child's SEN, setting of counselling topics and implementation of a counselling interview, definition of the framework for intervention – objectives, activities, methods and its implementation.
