- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the problematic of impaired communication ability in the individual disabilities. At the end of the course the student will be acquainted with the etiological models of symptomatic speech disorders, their classification will be fully acquainted with the manifestations of impaired communication abilities with respect to the linguistic levels. The course reflects the current concept of speech therapy focused on all target groups in terms of age and disability.

- • orientation in individual forms of impaired communication ability of people with disabilities;
• Orientation in specific forms of speech therapy intervention;
• ability to create material to develop of the communication abilitites of people with different types of disability. - Syllabus
