- - lead students to an understanding of the basic aspects of planning the teaching of a foreign language - French;
- to develop students' skills in the field of long-term planning of foreign language teaching;
- to develop students' skills in planning the teaching unit;
- to develop students' skills in the field of preparing school educational programs. - Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student is able to:
- clarify the basic principles of long-term planning of foreign language teaching;
- search for relevant information for teaching planning in basic education documents;
- formulate objectives and specify the contents of the teaching;
- choose adequate teaching and learning material for specific pupils;
- create a long-term foreign language teaching plan for a specific class;
- structure the lesson and apply the principles of pupil-centered teaching. - Syllabus
- 1. Long-term teaching planning. (1 hour)

Reflections, activities and case studies. - Assessment methods
- The output of the course is the elaboration of a teaching plan and teaching unit. Students prepare a long-term plan for teaching French as a foreign language for a specific class of the selected school for one year and one detailed lesson plan and its reflection after implementation. Students hand in the project at the end of the semester in printed or electronic form. Feedback is provided orally during the final expert discussion of the project.
