Course objectives
At the end of this course students should be able to control and configure the operating systems. Get an overview of operating systems, PC software. Students will be oriented in software law. Virtually will manage system administration and network.
Syllabus
  • 1st Software - division. Operating system. Types of operating systems. (The functions and importance of operating systems, user interface, the types of operating systems, network OS ...)
  • 2nd Arrangement of data on the disk. (The file types of files, folders, root, a tree-like structure, path, attributes ...)
  • 3rd Other terms of operating systems. (Icon, file system, multitasking, boots ...)
  • 4th MS Windows operating system. (Desktop window, types of windows, the configuration window ...)
  • 5th The main panel. (Start button, resident running programs, buttons, windows, panel rapid start-up ...)
  • 6th Starting the program. Switching between windows. (Options running programs, representative, to flip through open windows ...)
  • 7th Operations forces and files (1). (Reviewed components, the Explorer, creating a folder, rename, delete ...)
  • 8th Operations forces and files (2). (Copying and moving, box, with   more units, marking a unmarking ...)
  • 9th Computer network in Windows. (Log in to the network and log-off, change passwords, change user browsing networks, sharing ...)
  • 10th Windows configuration. (Set desktop background, screen saver, diagrams, characteristics of disc ...)
  • 11th Control Panel. (Settings, the importance and function of individual items dashboards ...)
  • 12th Printers and printing configurations. (To add a new printer driver installation, configuration of printers, print jobs ...)
